Reseller information

  • Minimum order amount is €50
  • Free shipping from €150
  • Minimum order quantity per product: 1/3/5 pieces. This is self-explanatory in the webshop.
  • Images from my website may be used freely
  • General terms and conditions apply, you can find these in the ordering process or in the footer of the website
  • For orders outside Europe, a shipping surcharge applies based on the number of kilos shipped. This will be billed afterward.

FAQ

  • It doesn't work with my VAT number!

To order from a retailer, you need a valid VAT number. You can check whether your VAT number is valid in the VIES database. Note that VAT numbers changed in the Netherlands a few years ago; perhaps you're still using your old number? Always include the country code, for example: NL0034, etc.

  • What are the retail prices for stores?

To see the regular retail prices, you can log out and view them (don't worry, your shopping cart will be saved). Due to technical issues, it's not (yet) possible to display these prices directly in the reseller section. Sorry for the inconvenience! Don't forget that you agree (in the terms and conditions) to the agreement that you may not simply offer the products cheaper in your own store than I offer them in my webshop! Thanks!

  • I forgot something in my order, can it still be added?

As long as your order hasn't been processed by the time I see your message (I answer emails twice a week), that's always possible. Are we too late? Then unfortunately I can't help you because your order is often already on its way!

  • I registered but haven't heard anything?

I answer my emails twice a week, usually on Mondays and Thursdays. I also review requests then. If you haven't heard from me after a week, please contact me via the contact form on the website. I'm happy to help!

  • I want to return something, is that possible?

In principle, I don't accept returns from business customers. But feel free to send me a message to see if we can work something out.

  • What is the additional shipping fee?

I charge shipping costs up to €150. For technical reasons, I've configured this system this way. We're working hard to improve this.
