How do you log in?

Follow the link at the top of this page and click in the bottom left 'enter with password'
Enter the password you received from us.
Click on the 'person' icon on the right top
Login by using the email address that's known to us. Never use SHOP to log in, only use the email address that you registered with
1. You can only log in with an email address and not through Shop. If you accidentally logged in through Shop, log out and start the steps above again.
2. Have you lost the password we gave you? Please contact us by email and we'll help you!
3. Are you logged in and want to order, but are you getting an error message? Could it be that you're not registered yet? You can only proceed to ordering if you're registered. Upon registration, you'll also receive the "official" password for the website.
4. Don't speak Dutch and need help? Follow the steps above to log in. After logging in, you can switch the language to English or French. You can do this in the top right corner of your browser, next to the 'login' icon. You can also choose the language or switch currency (at the top) in the menu at the bottom. On mobile devices, you'll find this menu at the bottom of the hamburger menu (three lines).
