Delivery and Returns Policy

• After receiving payment we will ship your order within 3 working days
• From the moment of ordering, you have 14 days to cancel your order without giving a reason. You can do this by using the "Cancel Purchase" button found at the bottom of every page. Through the withdrawal form that opens, you can register your return directly; you will receive an automatic confirmation of your withdrawal. You can also always get in touch via contact@estherbennink.nl to cancel your order.
• From the moment you register your return by email, you have 14 days to send your parcel back to the address we provide by email. Please note: the shipping costs for the return shipment are always at your own expense.
  
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to me with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it. If everything is in order and has been received, we will refund your full purchase price within 14 days via the payment method you selected at checkout.
• If you're returning your entire order, you'll also receive a refund for the shipping costs you paid at checkout. If you're returning part of the order, you'll only receive a refund for that portion.
• It is not possible to exchange items directly, but you can return part of your order in accordance with the procedure described above. A new order must be placed for the replacement items.
