Delivery and Returns Policy

• After receiving payment we will ship your order within 3 working days
• You have 14 days from the time of ordering to cancel your order without giving a reason. You can do this by sending an email to contact@estherbennink.nl
• From the time you register your return by email, you have 14 days to return your package to the address you receive from us by email. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to me with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it. If everything is in order and has been received, we will refund your full purchase price within 14 days via the payment method you selected at checkout.
• If you're returning your entire order, you'll also receive a refund for the shipping costs you paid at checkout. If you're returning part of the order, you'll only receive a refund for that portion.
