Shipping policy

Shipping Processing Times:
Orders are dispatched within three (3) working days.

Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Further information regarding shipping rates per region can be found on the FAQ page.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times depend on the destination. For the Netherlands, delivery is typically made within one (1) working day after dispatch, except during holiday periods when PostNL expects delays. Delivery times for international orders vary by country.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to the United States. You can read more about this on the FAQ page.
For other destinations, please consult the FAQ page for a list of active shipping countries. If your destination is not listed, please submit a request via the contact form.

Damaged or Lost Items:
We will resolve this for you. Please contact us by email (contact@estherbennink.nl or via the contact form.

Customs and Import Duties:
Any customs or import duties are not included in the product prices. You are responsible for paying any such additional charges that may apply.
