Reseller instructions

Login

To log in as a reseller and order at the applicable reseller prices: click the person icon in the top right corner. In the login screen, enter the reseller email address registered with us and follow the further login instructions. Please note: you do not need a password, but will always receive a unique one-time login code via email when logging in.

Prices

The displayed reseller prices visible after logging in are exclusive of VAT. The VAT due will be settled at checkout. For each product, you will also see a crossed-out price, which is the recommended retail price of the product. Please note: this recommended retail price always includes VAT.

Payment

In principle, as a reseller, you should pay immediately when placing your order. The option to pay by invoice is only available upon request, and we always ask new resellers to pay for their first order directly. After that, you can contact us to inquire about paying by invoice.

Important: we strongly ask you NOT to use the Klarna payment option. Orders placed with Klarna will be canceled and not processed by us.

Are you paying by invoice? Then at checkout, select 'choose a payment method later' and click 'confirm order'. Your order has now been placed! You will receive the invoice for payment directly in the confirmation email (see next point). Please note: the payment term for paying by invoice is 15 days in accordance with the applicable general terms and conditions.

Invoices

Our invoices are not sent as PDFs (this is not technically possible) but can always be downloaded immediately after placing the order. Please note this if you choose to pay by invoice. You can download the VAT invoice here:

> via the button in the confirmation email you receive directly after the order

Please note: your account does not contain a formal VAT invoice; you will only find this on the thank you page and in the confirmation email.

Minimum order quantity

For resellers, there are minimum order quantities per product. These will appear as soon as you try to add a product to your shopping cart and do not meet the requirement. The item will only be actually added to your shopping cart when you meet the correct quantity and click 'add to cart'.

Minimum order amount

The minimum order amount for resellers is €100 excl. VAT.

Shipping

We will ship the order to the specified address within 3 working days. We do not offer free shipping for businesses. You pay shipping and packaging costs per 21 kg. The rates for shipping within the Netherlands are: <21kg - €6.95 / >21kg - €13.90
For shipments outside NL, the costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Orders placed by resellers cannot be exchanged or returned. See also article 4.6 in the General Terms and Conditions
