Refund policy

Upon receipt of payment, we will dispatch your order within three (3) working days.

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason. To do so, please send an email to contact@estherbennink.nl

From the moment you notify us of your return by email, you will have fourteen (14) days to send the parcel back to the address that will be provided to you via email. The cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged for return shipment.

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase amount within fourteen (14) days via the same payment method used to place your order.

If you return your entire order, the shipping costs paid at checkout will also be refunded. If you return only part of your order, only the corresponding amount for those items will be refunded.
