SAFETY WARNING

If you have purchased a Houtlokael / Luminae seasonal lamp, dimmable - oak or ash (maple) from me, the following safety warning applies:

-do not use the adapter, and destroy it immediately! This only concerns the adapter; the lamp itself is otherwise safe.

It has been determined that the adapter's housing can detach under certain circumstances. This can lead to exposure of live internal components, which may pose a safety risk.

What to do now?

All customers who purchased this lamp have by now received an email detailing how I will help you by sending a new adapter.

Did you purchase the lamp but not receive an email?

Please contact us, stating your name (first and last name), your address, and if you can still find it: order number and/or order date. We will then assist you as quickly as possible!

Did you not purchase the lamp from me? Please contact your point of sale, or directly the supplier (het houtlokael).

Good to know: emails are processed twice a week (Monday and Wednesday).
