If you bought a Houtlokael / Luminae dimmable seasonal lamp - oak or ash (maple) from me, the following safety warning applies:

Do not use the adapter and destroy it immediately! This is only the adapter; the lamp itself is safe.

It has been determined that the adapter's casing may detach under certain conditions. This could expose live internal components, posing a safety risk.

What now?

All customers who purchased this lamp have received an email explaining how I can help you send a new adapter.

Did you purchase the lamp and still not receive an email?

Please contact us, stating your name (first and last), your address, and, if you can still find it, your order number and/or order date. We'll help you as quickly as possible!

Didn't you buy the lamp from me? Then please contact your point of sale or the supplier directly (the wood shop).

Good to know: email is processed twice a week (Monday and Wednesday).
