Returns procedure :

Returns from Europe (EU) are possible; shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and unused. You will receive a refund if these conditions are met. NOTE: Returns will only be processed if notified in advance by email (within 14 days).

Returns from customers outside the EU are not possible. Please contact me to see if I can assist you in another way.

There is a statutory 14-day cooling-off period . Returns are no longer possible after this period.

Correct address : The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. If the package cannot be delivered and must be reshipped due to an incorrect address/information, the customer may be charged additional shipping costs.
