SAFETY WARNING

If you bought a Woodlawn / Luminae seasonal lamp dimmable - oak or ash (maple) from me in 2024, then the following safety warning applies:

–If the supplied adapter, type AR-1000 is, it is not safe and should be destroyed immediately. So it is only about the adapter, the lamp is otherwise safe.

The relevant adapter:

On the top line on the right-hand side on the adapter, you will see the model number AR-1000. Check your adapter and if it says AR-1000 there destroy the adapter.

Risk:

The housing of the adapter may come loose, exposing the inner workings. This creates a safety hazard.

How to proceed now?

For the moment, you can contact the manufacturer for compensation via the link below.

I am still looking into whether I might be able to offer you other adapters myself, I will keep you updated via this page or via the newsletter.
