If you have bought a Houtlokael / Luminae seasons lamp dimmable - oak or ash (maple) from me then the following safety warning applies:
–adapter not to be used, and destroyed immediately! So it is only about the adapter, the lamp is otherwise safe.
The relevant adapter:
It has been observed that the housing of the adapter may detach under certain conditions. This could lead to exposure of the internal components that are energised, posing a safety risk.
How to proceed now?
All customers who bought this lamp have now received an email, which includes how I can help you further with sending a new adapter.
Have you bought the lamp and still not received an email?
Please contact us, stating your name (first and last name), your address and if you can still find it: order number and/or order date. We will then help you as soon as possible!
If you didn't buy the lamp from me, please contact your point of sale, or the supplier (the woodshop) directly.
Good to know: email is processed twice a week (Monday and Wednesday).
