- There seems to be something wrong with my VAT number!
To order as a shop, you need a valid VAT number. You can check whether your VAT number is valid in the VIES database. Note that in the Netherlands there was a change in VAT numbers a few years ago, maybe you are still using your old number? Always add the country code, so for example: NL0034...etc
- What are the retail prices for shops?
To see the regular retail prices, you can log out and view the prices (don't worry, your basket will be saved). Due to technical circumstances, it is not (yet) possible to show these prices directly in the reseller area. Sorry for the inconvenience! Don't forget that you agree (via the terms and conditions) to the agreement that you cannot just offer the products cheaper in your own shop than I offer them in my webshop! Thanx!
- I forgot something in my order can it still be added?
As long as your order has not been processed by the time I see your message (I answer email twice a week), it is always possible. Are we too late? Then unfortunately I can't help you as your order is already on its way by then!
- I registered but don't hear anything?
I answer my email twice a week. Often on Mondays and Thursdays. I also assess applications then. If you haven't heard anything after a week, please contact me via the contact form on the website, I will be happy to help you!
- I want to return something, is that possible?
In principle, I do not accept returns from business customers. But feel free to send a message to see if anything is possible.
- What is the 'additional shipping fee'?
I charge shipping costs up to €150, due to technical reasons I put it this way in the system. We are working hard to improve this.
